CAN I TRUST THE PERFECT CLEANING COMPANY?
    Yes! We have been in business over 18 years and have many references you can call. 
We DO NOT use hourly maids!

WILL I BE INVOLVED IN MY SERVICES?
    Yes!  Communication between you, the client, and us is important to a great relationship.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE A REGULAR CLEANING?
    Picking up clothes and items creates a much happier cleaning. 

CAN YOU BETTER EXPLAIN SENIOR SERVICES?
    Senior Services are unique to each client.  It is meant to help seniors or syblings trying to help their parents with small errands and cleanings.  You can schedule a Doctor or Dentist appointment that we will drive them to.  We would do a light cleaning to the home or apartment, get you to the appointment, then drive you to the pharmacy, if needed, and back home again.  We can also do some grociery shopping as well.  As we said, "It is all very unique to each client.

DOES PCC USE EARTH FRIENDLY PRODUCTS?
    We use mostly all Earth Friendly products, and can determine the right products for your home if you have an allergy to certain product ingredients.

DO I SUPPLY THE CLEANING PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?    
    No,most customers do not,however some request we use their equipment and products for personal preference.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICES?
    We do collect for each service after services are received that day.  We do have monthly billing for some of our commercial or real estate accounts.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
    Do to rising costs in running a small business and accepting credit cards we do not currently accept any.  We do however accept Cash, Checks, and PayPal.  To use PayPal you will need to set up your account with us ahead of time.

DO I HAVE TO BE THERE WHEN SERVICES ARE CONDUCTED?
    No, because we complete our cleanings daily Monday - Friday from 8AM- 5PM we usually accept keys and/or alarm codes from our clients.  The keys are then coded for security purposes and never left anywhere labeled with a name or address. 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL A CLEANING?
    We understand things can come up so if for any reason you have to cancel an appointment we would like to have an appointment cancelled called in 48 hours ahead of time. 

DO I HAVE A CONTRACT?
    No!  We do not use annual contracts like other companies.  We are a small business that personally completes the work, we do not require contracts to assure our commitment to you.

DOES PCC USE HOURLY WORKERS?
    No, we complete all work personally and do not use hourly people who we have found do not seem to put the same efforts into their work as we would.
